If you identify an error in your order, kindly contact us immediately. Although we will endeavour to accommodate your request, please be advised that we cannot guarantee interception of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, modifications are not feasible. In such instances, please adhere to our return instructions upon receipt of your order.

If you change your mind, we will not be able to facilitate any changes or modifications to your pre order. Refunds may be accepted after 4 weeks have lapsed. If your order has not shipped we can offer you a refund after 4 weeks. 

Yes! Pre orders are treated the same as normal orders so follow the return instructions in the returns portal.

If you spend over $100 AUD we offer free shipping! Otherwise there's also standard and express shipping via Australia Post or Same Day delivery and 3 hour delivery for select post codes.

We're happy to offer a refund for full priced items provided they are in their original condition, with all tags intact, unwashed, and unworn.

We're happy to offer a one-time exchange for full priced items. Currently you're able to exchange for the same item in another size.

To qualify for a return, items must be received by Upstage within 14 days of delivery.
