Returns

We anticipate that you'll be delighted with your purchases. However, in the event that you're not satisfied, we're happy to offer a refund or a one-time exchange for full priced items.

Please note that we will only cover the postage cost for returns if your order is faulty. We do not cover postage costs for returns due to dissatisfaction or a change of heart.

To qualify for a return, you must initiate a request within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags intact, unwashed, and unworn. If we receive an item that is not in its original condition, you will incur an additional fee if you wish for the item to be returned to you.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS 

Kindly initiate your return through our Returns Portal 

For Australian orders, we offer flat-rate returns for full priced items. You will not be charged for a pre-paid returns label upfront. Instead, a flat rate of $15.00 AUD will be deducted from your refund during processing.

Please note that local postal services may take 5–7 business days to return your parcel. Upon receipt, we will confirm its arrival and process your refund or exchange accordingly.

EXCHANGES 


We facilitate a one-time exchange for full-priced items returned within 14 days of delivery.

SALE ITEMS RETURNS POLICY


Sale items purchased through Upstage World cannot be returned for a refund. We do not provide refunds for any sale items unless they are found to be faulty.

FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

While we take great care to ensure all garments are produced to the highest quality standards, in rare cases a manufacturing defect may occur.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@upstage.world, including: your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect

Once assessed and confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we will offer an exchange, or refund. We will also cover reasonable return postage costs for confirmed faulty items.

Please note:

  • Items must not show signs of excessive wear, misuse, alteration, improper care, or damage caused after purchase.
  • Where there is reasonable evidence that the item has been worn beyond normal try-on, damaged, altered, or improperly cared for, the claim will not be accepted.
  • If an item is returned for assessment and no manufacturing fault is found, the item can be sent back to you at your expense.

We reserve the right to inspect all items before approving a refund or exchange.
