Returns
We anticipate that you'll be delighted with your purchases. However, in the event that you're not satisfied, we're happy to offer a refund or a one-time exchange for full priced items.
To qualify for a return, items must be received by Upstage within 14 days of delivery. They must be in their original condition, with all tags intact, unwashed, and unworn.
Please note that we will only cover the postage cost for returns if your order is faulty. We do not cover postage costs for returns due to dissatisfaction or a change of heart.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Kindly initiate your return through our Returns Portal
For Australian orders, we offer flat-rate returns for full priced items. You will receive a payment link to pay for the pre-paid returns label for a flat rate of $15.00 AUD which will be deducted from your refund during processing.
Please note that local postal services may take 5–7 business days to return your parcel. Upon receipt, we will confirm its arrival and process your refund or exchange accordingly.

We facilitate a one-time exchange for full-priced items returned within 14 days of delivery.

SALE ITEMS RETURNS POLICY
Sale items purchased through Upstage World cannot be returned. These purchases are considered final sale, and we do not provide refunds or exchanges for any sale items unless they are found to be faulty. If you attempt to return an order containing sale items, the items will be returned to you, and you will incur an additional charge for this service.
